NEXT-STEP CBE is a 48-month European project with 12 partners focused on the development of novel bio-based chemical platforms for PLA and PU foam applications like shoe soles and construction materials. The work at the LCT will focus on the hydrogenetation steps to obtain the building blocks for the polymer applications.
